Make friends with food
A little about me: I am a registered dietitian with over 20 years experience. Throughout my career I have worked with a variety of populations, and one thing they have all had in common, aside from the obvious fact that we all need to eat, is that we are complex creatures, with complicated relationships with food and our bodies. And having a poor relationship with food can really suck the joy out of life and keep us from living a life that reflects our values. My goal is to help you heal that relationship with food and your body. No restrictive diets and no shaming here.
